TPO membrane

A single-ply membrane for flat and low-slope roofs, and for the flat sections of larger buildings that carry rooftop equipment. Skymap installed TPO at Bezos Academy, Arden Oxmoor and Echelon.

Metal and standing seam

Metal roofing for canopies, accents and roof sections, including standing seam at Echelon and metal accents at Bezos Academy and Arden Oxmoor.

Architectural shingles

For the sloped roofs on apartment buildings and hotels, often combined with a TPO section and metal accents on the same building.

Drainage and edges

Gutters, downspouts and custom bent scuppers, so the water the roof sheds goes where it should.
